I'm a DevOps engineer based in Paraguay, with 7+ years running production infrastructure, from enterprise hosting for 120+ clients, to fintech infrastructure, to managing the backend of a national healthcare information system under ICDF Taiwan's technical cooperation program.

I treat every environment like production: versioned, reproducible, and segmented. I care about the unglamorous parts: clean failure modes, least-privilege access, backups that restore, and monitoring that catches problems before users do.
